Customer Reviews
My late husband would have loved this
I lost my husband in March and cardinals have always been a sign to me. When I saw this lantern I knew I had to have it. Hung it on the porch and the first evening it lit up I cried honestly. The cardinals look so real, like they're really sitting there. Thank you for making something so beautiful.
My neighbors keep asking where I got it
Ordered 2 for my front door and they came last week. My porch has literally never looked better. 3 different neighbors have stopped to ask about them already. The lights come on at night and it looks like something out of a magazine. So happy I ordered 2 instead of 1, you really need the pair for a doorway.
Shipping was faster than expected
Ordered on a Monday morning and it was at my door by Thursday which was so much faster than I thought. The box was packaged really well too, nothing was crushed or bent. I was nervous ordering a decoration online but this exceeded my expectations. The ivory poinsettia one is stunning, so elegant.
So easy to put up!!
I was worried I'd need my son to come help me hang this but honestly it was so simple. Just pulled it out of the box, fluffed up the branches a bit, and hooked it on the plant hanger I already had out there. Took me maybe 5 minutes. My porch looks amazing now and I did it all myself.
Even prettier than the pictures
I always worry when I buy things online that they'll look cheap when they arrive but this is actually MORE beautiful in person. The cardinals look so lifelike my dog barked at it the first day lol. The frosted tips on the pine really catch the light. Just gorgeous.
Perfect gift for my mother in law
Got this for my mother in law for an early Christmas gift and she actually teared up. Her mom passed last year and cardinals meant a lot to her. She called me the next day after hanging it to say how much she loves it. Honestly the best gift I've ever given her and I've been trying for 15 years lol.
The Royal one is STUNNING
Got the Royal Lantern Glow for our main entry and oh my goodness. The red and gold ornaments are so detailed and the big velvet bow at the top just makes it. We have a more traditional Christmas style and this fits perfectly. Already thinking about getting the ivory one for the side door too.
Bought 4 for the whole porch!
We have a wraparound porch so I ordered 4 of the Cardinal ones. Spaced them out between the columns and when they all light up at dusk it is absolutely breathtaking. My husband said it looks like we hired someone professional. The bundle discount made it really worth doing all 4 instead of just 2.
Beautiful in person
The quality is really good for the price. I was expecting something flimsy honestly but the lantern itself feels sturdy and the greenery is thick and full. Not sparse at all like some other decor I've bought online in the past. Took me a few minutes to fluff everything out and now it looks amazing.
Customer service was wonderful
My first lantern arrived with one of the cardinals a bit loose, emailed them and they sent out a replacement the next day no questions asked. The replacement one is perfect. I love that they stand behind their product like that, you don't get that from big box stores anymore.
Love it, wish batteries lasted longer
Beautiful piece, really is a showstopper on my porch. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I feel like I'm changing the batteries more than I expected. Still worth it honestly, just something to know going in. Might try the rechargeable kind next time.
Looks beautiful day and night
What I love about this is it looks just as good during the day as it does at night. A lot of lit decorations look dull in daylight but this one is gorgeous either way. The pinecones and red berries pop against the frosted green and the cardinals really draw your eye. Night time with the glow is magical though.
The ivory one is so classy
We have a white farmhouse and I wanted something elegant and not too christmassy if that makes sense. The ivory poinsettia glow is perfect, the white flowers and the little pearl clusters look so sophisticated. The crystal drops at the bottom catch the light beautifully. Already got compliments from the mailman lol.
Finally something besides a wreath
I was tired of just putting a wreath on the door every year. This hanging lantern is a totally different look and I love it. Added some height and interest to my front porch that was missing. Everyone asks about it. Will probably put the Christmas wreath on the garage door now instead.
The warm glow is everything
I come home from work in the dark now that daylight savings ended and seeing this glowing on my porch when I pull in just makes me so happy. It's warm and welcoming and feels like home. My daughter said it looks like a hallmark movie set lol she's right.
Got all 3 styles for different doors
We have 3 entrances to our home and I got a different style for each one. Cardinal for the front, Royal for the side entrance by the garage, and Ivory for the back porch door. They all look amazing. The Cardinal is still my favorite but honestly can't go wrong with any of them.
Replaced our tired old wreath
We've been using the same tired wreath for probably 8 years and I finally decided to upgrade this year. So glad I did. The lantern with all the greenery and lights is so much more impressive than just a wreath on the door. Feels like we finally joined the 21st century of porch decor haha.
Grandma was so touched
Bought this for my grandma for her birthday which is in November. She always talks about seeing cardinals in her yard reminding her of my grandpa who passed years ago. She FaceTimed me after she hung it up and was crying. She said every time she opens the door it feels like he's there with her. Worth every penny.
Held up great in a snowstorm
We got slammed with snow last week and I was a little worried about my lantern but it held up perfectly. It's under the covered porch so I think that helps. Everything still looks like new, lights still work great. Just brushed a bit of snow off and it was fine. Really happy with the quality.
Already planning to get more
I got one for myself and loved it so much I ordered 2 more as gifts for my sister and my best friend. They're both getting their lanterns next week and I know they're going to flip. This is one of those products that photos don't really do justice to, it's just better in person.
Questions our customers ask
How do I hang it?
Every lantern comes ready to hang. Just use the attached chain and loop it onto any porch ceiling hook, wall bracket or shepherd's hook. No tools, no hardware, no assembly required.
Most people have it up in under 5 minutes.
How big is the lantern?
Each piece measures approximately 24 inches tall and 14 inches wide, including the lantern, greenery and cardinals. The scale is designed to make a statement on your front porch without overwhelming the space.
It's the perfect size to frame a doorway, especially when hung as a pair.
Should I get one or two?
One lantern makes a beautiful focal point beside your door or on a covered porch. Two complete the entrance, framing your doorway for a symmetrical, designer look.
Most customers who order two tell us they wish they'd done it from the start, so our bundle discount lets you add a second (or more) and save.
Can I leave it outside in winter?
Yes, when displayed in a covered or sheltered area. A covered porch, enclosed entryway or anywhere protected from direct rain and heavy snow is ideal.
Avoid leaving it in prolonged severe weather to keep the lantern, greenery and lights looking their best for years to come.
How do the lights work?
Each lantern is pre-lit with warm white fairy lights woven through the greenery and inside the lantern itself. They cast a soft, amber glow that transforms your porch at dusk.
Simply switch them on and watch your entrance come to life.
Do the cardinals look real?
Yes, our cardinals are handcrafted with lifelike feathering, vivid red coloring and natural detailing. Many customers tell us visitors do a double take, thinking a real cardinal has landed on their porch.
They're the detail that sets our lantern apart.
What if I don't love it?
You have a full 365 days to try your lantern completely risk-free, this Christmas and next.
If it doesn't make your porch feel magical, simply contact us and we'll refund every penny, no questions asked.
How fast is shipping?
Every order ships the same day or within 1 business day, and arrives in 3 to 7 business days.
You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you know exactly when to expect it on your porch.
